Learning Happens Between You and Your Child. We Just Supply the Rest.

There's no app, no drop-off box, no screen doing the teaching. Every session comes with everything already figured out. Your only job is to sit down and spend the time, whether that's you, a grandparent, a nanny or a tutor.

Here's the part most craft kits skip: a pile of materials doesn't teach a child anything by itself. The learning happens in the twenty minutes a trusted adult sits across the table, asks "what are you building?", and lets the child struggle with a piece that doesn't quite fit instead of fixing it for them.

That adult doesn't have to be a parent. It's whoever already has your child's afternoons: a mother or father, a grandparent, a private tutor filling the last twenty minutes of a lesson, a nanny running a quiet hour after school. Creative Owls is built to work under any of them.

The Split Is Simple

We handle the planning. You handle the twenty minutes. Between the two, a skill gets built.

Two Ways to Do It

At the Academy, or Anywhere Else

At the academy in Sylhet, our own teachers run every session in person: the materials are laid out, the craft is guided start to finish, and the life skill and academic skill it built are logged before the next Owlet sits down.

Everywhere else, the exact same Sessions Library travels with you. A parent, a tutor or a nanny runs the same structure at the kitchen table, tags the same skills, and builds the same kind of record, wherever in the world that table happens to be.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be good at crafts to run a session?

No. Every session comes with clear, step-by-step instructions written for whoever's running it, not for trained teachers. If you can follow a recipe, you can run a Creative Owls session.

What if my child says they're not creative?

That's usually a child who's used to worksheets with one right answer, not a lack of creativity. Loose, open-ended materials like tile or clay don't have a single correct outcome, so confidence tends to build after a session or two, not before.

What do I actually need to buy?

Very little. Each session lists its exact materials, and most of it, paper, glue, tape, scissors, is already in a kitchen drawer. Anything less common is called out clearly before you start.

Who besides a parent can run a session?

Whoever already has your child for that hour: a grandparent, a private tutor, a nanny, or a teacher. The instructions are written to work under any of them, not just a parent.

How long does a session take?

Most sessions run 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the craft. Each session in the library lists its own duration and age range so you can plan around it.

How do you track what skill my child is building?

Every session is tagged with a specific life skill, like patience or teamwork, and a specific academic skill, like pattern recognition or counting, before a child sits down. Those tags stay attached to the session in the library, so what was practised is never a guess.

Do we have to be in Sylhet to do this?

No. The physical academy is in Sylhet, but the entire Sessions Library, materials list, instructions and skill tags, travels with you. A family anywhere can run the same structure at home.
